Conducted by Turkish Leather Industrialists Association, which Project name is Development of Export Oriented Leather Sector Competitiveness scope Portugal Overseas Marketing Operations, was performed in Sao Joao da Madeira and Felgueiras cities in Portugal between 28 February to 5 March 2016.
In Portugal at two shoe manufacturing centers, where are Sao Joao da Madeira (29 February-1 March 2016) and Felgueiras (3-4 March 2016) "Turkish Tanneries and Portuguese Shoe Manufacturers' Meeting was held between 29 February to 4 March 2016. Turkish leathers were put on display in the stands that were established for the Turkish Tanneries in two places in both cities. The most important aspect was the absence of other competing countries in our event as in other fairs. This situation kept the focus of Portuguese Shoemakers in our products and a very special overseas marketing activity was carried out.
